Terms and Conditions

Reservations and Cancellation Policy-

On booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your debit/credit card to secure your reservation. Additional services, e.g. Flowers, champagne, and chocolates, will be charged upon booking.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 8 weeks before the arrival date, or in the case of a no show, the cost of the entire stay will be charged to the card. Please note that upon making a reservation and paying the non-refundable deposit, a legally binding contract exists between us. You will remain liable for the full amount of the cost of your booking, even if you are unable to take your holiday.

If for some reason you do need to cancel your booking, it is important that you tell us at the first opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let the cottage and minimise your loss. In the event of an early departure, you will be liable for the full amount of the cost of your stay. In exceptional circumstances, this will be at the discretion of the owner. We strongly recommend you purchase cancellation insurance to protect you against possible loss.

We will take the remaining balance for your cottage reservation 8 weeks prior to arrival, contacting you to make an over the phone payment using debit/credit card. If you prefer to pay your final balance by BACS please do not hesitate to contact us for our bank details. When making a BACS transfer, please use your surname and arrival date as reference. All additions assigned to your booking during your stay can be paid for on departure by credit/debit card or BACS.
